Welcome to a special year-end episode of Headspace for the Workplace, where we take a moment to reflect on the past year, celebrate milestones, and plan for an even more impactful 2025. As we close out 2024, we honor a deeply personal milestone: twenty years since the suicide death of my precious brother, Carson. His memory continues to guide my mission to foster transformative change in workplace mental health and suicide prevention.

Workplace Wellbeing Summits: Over 330 participants from 76 organizations came together to create pathways toward mental health support in workplaces nationwide.
H.O.P.E. Certification Expansion: Partnering with United Suicide Survivors International, we extended this vital program across multiple states, empowering individuals and communities to navigate tough times.
Global Alliances: At international conferences like the International Association for Suicide Prevention and the European Symposium on Suicide and Suicidal Behavior, we connected with thought leaders to address work-related suicide on a global scale.
Construction Working Minds Summit: Held in Kansas City, this summit inspired hundreds of organizations to move beyond awareness to action, prioritizing systems and cultural change for worker wellbeing.
